The Collard Corps is the volunteer wing of Blue Collards. We organize a ton of incredible culinary events all over the South — including Peat & Pearls, Barleybrine and the Hoe Cake Throw Down. In each case, we donate a portion of proceeds to a charitable cause we care about, and we rely on a small army of volunteers to make sure it all goes off without a hitch.
Besides helping us do some good, Collard Corps members receive limited-edition swag, gain free entry to our events and, generally, get to hang out with chefs, brewers, farmers and all manner of other awesome folks.

Peat & Pearls | Nov. 16-17, 2019 | Pensacola, FL
Peat & Pearls, now in its third year, is a celebration of Scotch & regional, farm-raised oysters. We’re seeking volunteers to join us, Glenfiddich and other brand partners for the swankiest oyster party this side of the Mason-Dixon line. Ticket sales will benefit marine conservation efforts in the Gulf region.
